War stories

We got a box in the post so we opened it. We found World War 1 documents. We talked about the documents and posters that were in the box.We also talked about why people had to go to war. I think they went to war so we could keep our way of life.

Anzac Day

We have been learning about Anzac day. Our teacher Mr Breach told us to write how we feel about Anzac Day.

Anzac day is when we remember the people who went to war and fought for our freedom. I feel sorry for those families who had family members die in the war. I am very sad for how many people we have lost in all the wars. I wish that there was no war and everyone was joyful and kind to each other.
